Shady Grove Photography now offers professional video services. Our services include taking videos of weddings and events, as well as editing raw images into finished VHS or DVD videos. We use a Sony MiniDV Model PD170 as a primary camera and a Sony DCR-HC40 as a secondary camera. We use wireless mike systems to insure we capture accurate sound to accompany the video images.Both cameras record digital images, which can then be downloaded onto our computers to be edited using Adobe Premier Pro software.
Our videographer has 25 years experience in taking and editing videos. He gained his experience working in the film industry in Los Angelos, and has worked in both film and digital mediums.
We also offer 8 mm, Super 8, 16 mm film transfer to VHS tapes or DVDs. We can also transfer VHS tapes to DVDs. This means we can take your home movies,digitize them, and incorporate your footage into footage we take of your wedding or special event. We can further digitize still images and incorporate those into an edited video.
